Positive: Amazing accommodation in the wonderful Patan, very close to Durbar Square. The property is perfectly maintained and rooms are immaculate and of a very high standard for this price. Staff are as great, really kind and helpful.

Positive: Very warm welcome from the host, he allowed us to check in early in the morning due to we left from Kathmandu early during the protest. We feel safe here even during the curfew annoucment. Walking distance the the Durbar. Highly recommended.

Negative: No breakfast served but there is the kitchen for your own cook. Everythings were close during the protest yet the safe place and very helpful host. No Air-con, but still cold enough at night time.

Positive: This is a very nice small guest house. The staff are so kind & helpful. The rooms are clean & the beds so comfortable with good linen. The bathroom is super clean but a bit tight! We had a great breakfast at a very nice cafe across the square.
