* The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system. This system is a finely balanced biological system. Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
* Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves. Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.(make sure to bring your bumpers!).
* Culverts & Bridges: Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts. Appearances can be deceiving!

Summary: House is beautiful, but the house had been cleaned and left dormant and not checked before arrival. Door locks did not work properly and the AC in the main sleeping quarters did not work and was not fixable during our trip. Again, house was beautiful. Location was great on the lake.

Summary: House of very well done and on a beauitful spot on the lake. The dock was great for hanging out and fishing. We also appreciated the two kayaks. It did look like they have not been in the house for awhile but overall is was clean.

Summary: This was by far one of the best locations in Gaston. We enjoyed our stay. House was fully stocked. Appliances were wonderful. Dock was great. Very little climbing to get to and from the dock. Plenty of yard. Just perfect for my family of 8!!!

Summary: This property was absolutely amazing. Very clean and tidy with just about every amenity you could need. Beds were comfy. Ice machine, wine fridge and beer fridge were nice as well. Excellent views for sunrise, shaded in the afternoon for hanging out. We can’t wait to go back.
