Summary: We came to Kerrville for a family reunion and this place was awesome. I have 4 kids, so the thought of no wifi or tv actually had me excited. We sat around the fire pit and looked at the stars! They were so bright and beautiful. We loved walking the property with our pets. We had a hiccup with the water, but the owner was very responsive and we got it fixed in minutes. I will be staying here every year for our reunion (if it is open) and highly recommend!!

Summary: Cows roamed close to house but were fenced oyt of living area. House size very accomodating. No stove in kitchen, but we took an electri skillet. Bought our own aluminum foil and charcoal for cooking on the charcoal grill. Minimal cooking utensils. Enjoyed the outdoor firepit!
