Equipped with a panoramic swimming pool overlooking the valley, Wi-Fi, parking and large garden.
Gazebo, barbecue and table with lighting for eating outdoors and under the stars.
The ideal place to enjoy the Tuscan landscape and regenerate.
Also excellent for visiting the most famous places in Tuscany: 35 minutes from the Versilia sea, 1h30' from Florence, and 45' from Pisa.
The swimming pool will be available from the first Saturday in June to the second Saturday in September.

Summary: The house was very clean and the grounds around it are really beautiful. We were able to relax and enjoy our time here during the two weeks. Our host Riccardo was very friendly and took care of us immediately if we had any concerns. The check in and check out worked well. The host's mother also lives on the premises and was very accommodating and hospitable. All in all we had a very nice holiday here and can highly recommend this house.

Summary: This is a very nice property up on a Tuscan hill with plenty of sunlight and great views. It is sparkling clean, the kitchen is well appointed and the space is very comfortable. It is part of other properties but very quiet. The host, Riccardo is friendly and helpful. We were only two but it can accommodate 8 persons. There is only one bathroom but it is nice and modern. In order to get to the house, you will come up a tiny, tiny winding road. Lucca is 25 minutes away and there are many little villages to visit nearby. If you are looking for a quiet place to visit Tuscany, this is perfect. Highly recommended.

Summary: We had two perfect weeks in this very special house with enough space for all of us (4 big sleeping rooms/7 adults). The house is very clean and very well equipped. The pool was very refreshing, nice view over the hills towards Lucca. Riccardo, his nice kids and his mother are very attentive and friendly hosts. We really can recommend to rent this house. Thank you!

Summary: We had a great time here with our kids (3 and 6 years old), the garden is amazing, there are several places to sit, a huge pool and lots of space. We were welcomed with coffee and Prosecco and got strawberries and cherries from the garden several times. Riccardo and his Mum Maria have always been very kind and helpful during our visit. We highly recommend to stay here and enjoy the peaceful and quiet time and the view. They can also help with recommendations of any kind. Good to know: there are no food products in the house, so if you need, bring salt, sugar, oil… but also here Maria helped out. We definitely want to come back!
