Positive: This is by far the nicest accommodation we have stayed in during our month in Sri Lanka!! The room is spotless and has everything you could need, including a very comfortable bed and modern en suite bathroom. For the price this stay felt like luxury! The hosts are so friendly and helpful and really make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. It is also well located not too far from places to eat. Couldn’t recommend more!

Positive: It was ok for 1 night. Access to the whole lower floor with full kitchen was great. Lovely hosts. Bed really comfy and aircon worked well. No hot water made it tough to shower before bed.

Negative: There were no bug screens on the windows, which cannot be shut and is permanently fixed open, so I got absolutely attacked by bugs over night. (Am hoping it wasn't bed bugs, can't 100% confirm but there were itchy bites all over my body) And the road noise was very easily heard because of this unfortunately. Also, there is nothing to do in the area and minimal to eat and see in this area, within walking distance. The beach is... well it's all rocks and littered with nappies, plastic and trash.

Positive: I had the ground floor apartment all to myself. Lovely kitchen with toasters fridge kettle coffee maker. There was plenty of filtered water in the fridge. lovely clean white towels and bed linen. Spotless bathroom with soap shampoo and shower gel. Place to park my motorbike under cover. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Great stay.

Negative: Bit of traffic noise outside but as I am in the city it didn't come as a surprise.

Positive: Highly recommended this place.If you find yourself in Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, don't hesitate to stay here. Beautiful hostess who does a fine job of making you feel right at home. Best facilities, cleanest room in the area at a five-star level. With a great breakfast, homely ambiance, fantastic room, and affordable prices as well. The garden is so nice to wake up to. Very, very kind people. It's important to remember that for this area, to never book rooms before viewing it live, I was burnt by another hotel nearby, always good to survey before making your booking fee. This room is absolutely fabulous, though! Very kind and friendly owners. If I'm ever back in Moratuwa, I'll definitely stay here again.

Positive: The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Facilities and the value for money is great. The breakfast was superb. The place quite. calm, and closer to the town. The closeby restaurant was good and you can always order via pickme foods or uber eats.
