Positive: Large room, clean. Very friendly staff

Negative: The hotel was empty and the reception closed. Only 3 rooms occupied. This felt weird. The breakfast lacked fresh bread and typical finnish products.

Positive: The type of rooms and the location was great

Negative: They have absolutely no facilities. No restaurant options nor any activities. As it is there was no food (lunch) available at the only restaurant at the property, the stove at the apartment was also not working. Nearest restaurants and supermarkets are all 15mons walk by foot (which is impossible in the December weather) and they don’t have any taxi or car service! These things should’ve been mentioned on the website. We paid a whole lot of money just for the room.

Negative: stayed 4 nights and room was not serviced once during our stay. set 3 course dinner that had to be ordered ahead of arrival was exoensive but very poor quality. food was microwaved. not up to standardir expectation for 4/5 star resort at Euro 385 per night.
