Summary: Arrived late evening after a long drive from the UK during the heatwave of 30+. We had booked one of their many treehouses which when we arrived was not available as the A/C was faulty, they kindly upgraded us to the twin box treehouse with working A/C which was a god send in the heat. Very quirky design, had everything you’d need. If you have a fear of insects however, be prepared to evict an abundance of spiders, moths, ants and beetles from the treehouse if you don’t like sharing! The only negative for us was the actual structure moves when you walk around so you feel a but like your on a boat. It’s perfectly safe but the design causes this, i guess it adds to the charm? Head space is limited in places also. Lastly it seems hot water is on a timer so bare this in mind if your planning on a mid day or late night shower. - Parking was fine, plenty of available space with additional parking on the main road opposite the hotel if needed, it’s also easy to find. Staff are very friendly and efficient at both check in and check out. We didn't use any of the amenities although they seemed fine and again, same with the restaurant, we didn’t eat there but the food looked and smelt amazing!

Summary: The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and restaurant were clean. Dinner and breakfast food were good. The parking was adequate for our stay.

Summary: My Room number 211 was not cleaed during the daytime. . The cleaning staff knocked on my door at 18.00 and asked if i wanted my toom cleaned. The toilet roll holder was hanging off. The air conditioning control was broken and there was no kettle or coffee making facilities. Thanks Robert Gray

Summary: generally fine. some small troubles as leaking tube in shower so water was everywhere during bath :). no fridge on the room.

Summary: Stayed for two nights. The treehouse was a great experience and the hotel is nice and clean. The hotel is located in a very green and nice environment which was amazing during our stay. We had a nice view into the Woods from the treehouse. Unfortunately after the first night the bath towels were not exchanged for fresh ones or lets say, the room was not cleaned and checked. This was a little strange but got some fresh towels from the reception. Employees of the hotel are kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok but a little meager. This hotel is nearby Pairi Daiza which is a fantastic animal kingdom zoo. We did not use pool but lookes nice to cool down when it's hot outside. In short, an nice hotel in beautiful surroundings
