Positive: The location is very good and you can go to the city center and arbor only in 10 minutes walking.
Negative: Unfortunately our stay was in November and the heating was not working. We had a little electric heater but honestly we could not stay in the flat (very cold). The second day the light/electricity went off and there were no right instructions in the printed version in the flat so we were in the total dark. We had to ask the neighbours what to do and phone the referent person to understand what to do. After that I wrote to the customer service but after a couple of days I still did get any answer...
Summary: Nice location but in winter check out the heating condition/electricity

Positive: Good location and modern. With a choice of two balconies to choose from. Supermarket in easy reach. Cinque Terre, Rapallo, Portofino all within reasonable boat ride and train journeys. Roads are good too but watch the scooters in town!
Negative: Minor points really. More description of parking facilities would have been helpful, e.g. more suitable for smaller cars. The host was not certain of position of the parking space. Could do with more mirrors other than those in bathroom. With no air con we felt an additional fan was needed for the second bedroom and living areas.

Positive: - The apartment is 10-15 minutes walking to the sea. - It is very big, the rooms are spacious and the lighting is very good. A lot of storage spaces are available. - Beds are comfortable. - There are small shops around where you can buy groceries. - The provided parking space is helpful, but beware: if you have a bigger car, you must show good skills navigating between the concrete poles in the underground parking. - Francesca was helpful and flexible regarding the keys collection and handover.
Negative: - There was lot of mould on the ceilings (bathroom, bedrooms, even living room) - an allergic person could really have issues because of this. - The cleaning must be improved, especially in the bathroom and kitchen: mouldy shower (besides the walls), dirty extractor hood filters (they could be washed in the dishwasher), smelly fridge, a lot of dust on the upper surfaces (door frames). I am aware that there is a lot of space to be cleaned, but please, if you want your guests to enjoy their stay, focus on cleaning and offering a pleasant environment to stay in. And ventilating the space before guest arrival would be optimal, as the air was stale when going in. We left the doors and windows always open during our stay to try to make it better. - The garage and parking space are also very narrow and for my Volvo XC60 the clearance was just a few centimeters when driving in the garage. A bigger car than mine would probably not fit at all. With small to medium cars and good driving skills there should be no issue. - There was also a lot of noise from the neighbours, they argued very loud and slammed the doors at night...
