Positive: LOVED the bath, especially after walking the Old Ghost Road. It would be cool if you had a glass screen so you could enjoy the surroundings.

Negative: I wasn't a fan of your incinerating toilet - the liners are a bit of a PITA. I guess I know how to operate one now!

Positive: Everything about this place was great. The interior has been furnished well, with a near up-market feeling while still retaining a cozy homeliness. The kitchen is spacious, with all the amenities to make a meal, while the living area boasts a comfy couch for relaxing. The main bedroom took in the mountain views with a glass sliding door situated opposite the snug bed, adored with soft pillows and blankets. Ample closet space and a bonus collection of books and games topped it off. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious with a large tiled shower and window looking out. A washing machine and dryer was onsite, handy for travellers. By far the best part was the outdoor bath, big enough to fit myself and my partner together. I was pleasantly surprised to find bubble bath mix, and proceeded to spend several hours soaking in the nighttime ambience, the perfect addition to a rural stay. The property was handily located up a hill, with an abundance of privacy, and only a 15 min drive to Charming Creek.

Negative: The incineration toilet took some getting used to

Positive: Lovely tiny eco home in a peaceful location. Very comfy bed and the sandfly protection on the windows and doors was great. Great shower and kitchen was well equipped.

Negative: The driveway is steep but easy to get up with a car and lots of parking and turning space at the top

Positive: The ecohome was brilliant. The views over the secluded valley were great and we loved the outdoor tub.

Negative: Access was a test for our 2wd car, so maybe something to note for other visitors.

Positive: Calm and secluded. It had everything I needed in the well equipped kitchen. Very peaceful atmosphere. Once I arrived at uru I was stress free. I was happy to stay at this home especially as the price was so reasonable.

Positive: Everything! This place was absolutely amazing down to every last detail! Can't wait to come stay here again and will definitely be recommended to friends. The outside bath was lovely, as was the shower. The incinerating toilet was so cool! And the vjews were stunning too. I couldn't find a single fault with the place! 😍
