Summary: The house is just as advertised and has plenty of space. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We'd definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great stay in this contemporary Montrose home. The location is perfect for visiting the many shops and restaurants in the area. The pool takes center stage! And even though it was too cold to dive in, it makes a very pleasant view from the living room. And it was warm enough in the daytime to sit outside by the pool. The home has a well stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware and utensils to cook a meal. Even has a pantry with basics like spices and aluminum foil. We especially enjoyed the collection of vinyl, mostly from the 70's (our era) and spent some time listening to some of the great classics. Overall, this home was great for our 3 day visit to Houston.

Summary: This was a neat place. The vibe was super cool—decorated with original photographs from previous owner/photographer and an awesome vinyl collection. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/spices, which was helpful to our group who spent one evening grilling and chilling by pool. The decor was original and the beds were super comfy. It was a central location to NRG stadium and some restaurants we tried in the heights. There were a few small things—house is aged a little, so the decking in the back was a little soft with all the rain and a previous guest had made a hole, and the check-in was a little difficult. Luckily the host responded right away to messages so that helped with getting in! The unit next door and across the street were pretty run down, but there are other homes around that are well-kept. Having one bathroom was not ideal, but we made it work! Overall, I would stay here again, especially if I did have kids with me because of the loft area and the extra twin bed in one of the rooms.
