Positive: The location was great. Easy to navigate to motorway. Pretty central without having to be in the CBD. Close to walkway around the estuary.

Negative: The house could have been cleaner. For example, there was used shampoo sachets in the bathroom, there was someone elses socks still in the bathroom. There were ants on the kitchen bench when we arrived, which we understand is difficult to manage. The rubbish and recycling bins where both already over fill. There was no dishwasher powder and only one dish cloth type thing which was a sponge with a brush thing on the other side - not very good for wiping surfaces. The rubbish bins in the kitchen, while empty were not clean and no rubbish liners had been put into them. Overall the house just had a general feeling on being unclean. The photo's on the website set quite high expectations which definitely were not met.

Summary: Great location. House would have been good if it was cleaner.

Positive: Excellent location, clean and spacious house, great facilities including three full bathrooms which was perfect for a girls' trip.

Negative: FYI - steep driveway and additional stairs. Not an issue for us but could be for older persons.
