Positive: The host has thought of everything and amenities that a guest would need during a layover

Negative: I was planning to pay by card through booking.com, but the host requested to pay his bank account directly. I was a bit worried if booking.com would charge me by card as well. The swimming pool use was included in the booking, but the pool staff didn't allow guests to use it without a"pass" . It seems only fixed residents of the housing scheme get this pool pass. Agreed with host to reduce payment by RS1000. Apart from that everything was excellent.

Positive: I liked how accommodating Ravi was and that the place had all the basics we needed. Even with the water outage in Colombo, the apartment complex had enough backup, which made things super convenient.

Negative: This place is great if you’ve got things to do nearby or just want a peaceful stay away from Colombo. But if you’re planning to travel to Colombo every day, it’s not ideal with the traffic, fuel, and time it kind of ends up costing the same as staying closer to the city.
