Positive: The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and in an easy area to get around by car. They have a fantastic common area with a pool, gym, and games room. It's really well-designed, well-thought-out, and well-maintained. The apartment met our expectations.

Negative: The exhaust ventilation system in the bathrooms needs a good deal of maintenance and cleaning. I found one out of four stools broken, and the number of dishes and pots and pans was inconsistent with the number of occupants. It seems like they've picked up a piece here and a piece there, but without much success. The bathtub with a shower curtain is no longer acceptable in the third millennium.

Positive: Perfect location. A few small clubs for drinking around the block , restraunts, gas station, everything close. Apartment was perfectly cleaned. Pool, game room, exercise room , dog park . It had it all.

Negative: The other tenants would take there dogs walking down the sidewalk and leave not so little presents to watch for. Not the properties fault , other guest fault.

Summary: When going back to Atlanta will only stay here from now on.

Positive: I very much enjoyed the comfort and overall location of the property. Many amenities you simply could not get with an apartment were available, and it made the trip far more pleasant as a result.

Negative: I didn't necessarily like how unsafe the parking situation felt. It wasn't a big reassurance to have a neighbor actively tell me about break ins they saw on the street, and I would have much preferred if some method of way to allow us to park in the private gated spots was made available. Someone gave me the code, but I wasn't going to risk getting towed since I lacked a guest pass or a way to get one.

Summary: A pleasant location with all the comforts one could want, the only downside was parking.
