Positive: Very nice and modern apartment. Very good kitchen with a regular big oven. Nice bed, there is even a sofa. The are many mini-markets and a supermarket in the area and also some very nice coffee shops. There are bus stops near the apartment which go to the center, to the airport or to the main bus station. The owner is very nice and helpful will help you if you have any questions or problems. The location is very close to the airport which is why we chose it so I will not mention airplane noise in the :( section. The planes take off over the city anyway so you would need to live on the other side to not hear airplanes.

Negative: As some other guests mentioned, the shower has a very small “curtain” and water gets all around the floor very easily.

Positive: Perfect for late flight arrivals or early departures. 15 min on foot from the airport. Walking distance to tavernas and morning coffee places

Negative: If Wifi is important factor for you, then it was not good quality. For us this was not a problem.

Negative: There was no hot water when we arrived and had to manually turn it on through a circuit breaker — which no one told us about ahead of time. This IMPORTANT information should be provided along with the WiFi code. Not just provided the next morning.

Positive: A well appointed apartment, with everything you could need. We chose it as we had a late flight arrival and it is near the airport (walking distance) but only stayed one night before journeying to other parts of Crete. It was very clean and comfortable and could easily and happily have stayed longer.

Negative: Nothing- a great apartment!
