Summary: I had a fantastic stay. It was hotter than hades outside but the loft stayed nice and cool with the ac going. Listing mentioned possible noise issues but that was not my experience, even with the Ford fireworks going on, I slept like a baby. Bed was insanely comfortable, and the entire loft was so cute and cozy. I absolutely loved how close it was to everything also, very convenient location. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Summary: Urban industrial space with a creative decor. The unit itself is a large studio with high ceilings and large windows. It was clean and well equipped with a small kitchen and nice sitting space. The bed was large and comfortable. We did not hear any neighbor noise until 6:30am and then we could very loudly hear someone walking and moving things around above us - unfortunately even the prpvided ear plugs couldn’t block that noise. The multistory building that houses the unit is very old and rough around the edges (strong smoke scent - cigarette and pot, run down and not the cleanest). The neighborhood is very industrial with many closed businesses, but is just a few blocks from the shopping district of Corktown - which has cute restaurants and bars. Check out the delicious restaurant, Alpino for very tasty food/drinks and a cute outdoor patio.

Summary: The stay was very relaxing. The host was very responsive and helpful. The surroundings look slept but the loft was everything the reviews say. Bed soft as a pillow.They even had earplugs (which we DID NOT need). I give the loft 10 outta 10. Thanks Betty

Summary: I am partial to the industrial aesthetic, and on a practical level, love it when abandoned buildings are repurposed into something new and useful. Betty's place looks mostly as advertised, except that the pictures don't quite do justice to the smaller, more intentional details, like the musical memorabilia. When I come back to Detroit, this will be the first place I look to stay.
