Positive: The apartment was gorgeous … the decorations, the high ceilings, the windows … absolutely beautiful. The garden outside was superb, very well maintained. Also the available parking space inside was more than enough even for two cars. It is very close to the Center and the surrounding area was super nice. The host was very kind and helpful. In other words I cannot ask for anything more. 🙂

Negative: Everything was perfect.

Positive: What a nice and comfortable house. Very spacious Excellent neighbourhood We were allowed to check-in early which was great after an early flight.

Negative: Not something the owners can influence but there were a lot of mosquitos around the house making it not possible to use the lovely outside area of the house. Walking to town is still 15 - 20 min. Which is fine but still something to consider.

Positive: Spacious and clean. Outdoor area cool and relaxing for evening drinks. Well positioned just outside the old city in a lovely part of Bologna. Host was lovely and responsive. Parking very useful.

Positive: Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a good neighborhood. Clean, equipped with towels, soaps, detergents... Two cars can be parked in the apartment's yard. The terrace is beautiful and we used it a lot. We definitely recommend this apartment.

Positive: This apartment was perfect for our family stay. Furnished beautifully, had everything we needed, all bedrooms large and comfortable. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space which was lovely. Location was great, really nice and quiet area but with restaurants etc within a short walk. Easy to get into town either walking or by bus. Hosts communication was great too.

Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like!
