Positive: The staff were really nice, and the room was very clean and well furnished. The location is great! Close to the MRT and BTS, but also in a quiet street.

Positive: staff was very welcoming and helpful when needed. room was very big, clean and well taken care of. location was excellent: Si Lom area. very close to everything, yet very quiet and peaceful. the park was a great place to running at.

Positive: The relief of the air conditioning as we first entered Urban House, to the beaming smile of Ice, the receptionist, it was a warm welcome after a long day of travel. The complimentary bottles of water in the room and snacks in the reception area were very much appreciated. The room was very comfortable, modern, clean and quiet. I really enjoyed the location with plenty of nice amenities nearby (e.g. two food markets on Yommarat Alley plus many more in the neighbourhood, 7-Eleven in Abdulrahim Place, hipster food court at The COMMONS, Si Lom Road. etc.), close to public transport, Lumphini Park, etc.

Negative: We had some trouble locating Urban House (partly Wi-Fi issues on our phones). Perhaps thought could be given to posting a sign at the junction with Yommarat Alley.

Summary: Really nice accommodation in a cool, comfortable part of the city
