Geofos is a fully furnished property, with premium furniture, located in the beautiful Southwest coast of Lefkada.
The villa's unique advantage is the happiness to have views of the East, South and West coast of Lefkada at the same time. That makes the villa sunny for the most of the day, but also you have the luck to view the splendid colors of both sunrise and sunset (depending on the month of the year you can see that clearer), while you enjoy blue views and neighbor islands from every room and the courtyard. During the night, you either enjoy the starry night and the breathtaking view of the galaxy's milky way, or you can enjoy the bright moon and its reflection on the calm waters of the Ionian and connect with nature. It is very close to two of the most famous beaches in the world, Egremnoi and Porto Katsiki. Very close to Vasiliki village and many other stunning beaches like Gialos, Agiofili , kathisma, Amousso. Gialos is our l favorite sandy beach of which is almost 3km ,not crowded even in high season. Villa Geofos is an ideal spot to escape, relax, enjoy the romantic atmosphere, recommended for couples, families and large groups.
This newly built self-catering residence has two levels, constructed traditionally with natural materials and local stone to harmonize with nature's beauty. The two levels communicate with each other via an indoor wooden staircase but both have independent access from the courtyard. By the residence, there is a private rectangular (kid friendly) swimming pool 4x10m. On the private grounds surrounding the villa, the sages and thymes grow among the olive trees, the cypresses, and other native plants.
The rates include daily maid service, linen service every three days (it can also be customized according to your needs), electricity, water, internet, whilst the staff accepts supermarket delivery orders. We encourage you to participate in our yoga retreats, cooking retreats, ask for massage and more.

Summary: I've been in Lefkada island several times and trust me, this is one of the most private and beautiful settings you will ever ask. The only neighbor is nature, the only sounds you hear are birds, eagles and goat bells. Pictures can not describe the beauty of this place. The hostess Ourania is superb. She made our holidays very special... Thank you!!

Summary: Our fifth year at Geofos and we still find it so difficult to think of a better place to be – we always arrive, look all around us and think “Oh yes, now I remember why – it’s even more lovely than I ever remembered.” Total peace, goat bells tinkling down below, wonderful views over land, sea and islands in every direction, huge clear starry skies, moonlight bathing the terraces and hillsides, fresh bread hanging on the door every morning, Lefkada sausage, tomatoes and basil for lunch, a warm welcome from the small tavernas to the west between the villa and Athani and gorgeous sandy beaches a short drive through such lush and pretty pine and larch woods. And not forgetting the all-important delicious beds and linens! Thank you yet again! We recommend making good use of the little known, sandy and wholly unspoilt Gialos beach, 5 mins below Athani and only 15 mins away. It’s separated from Egremni to the south by only a 0.5 km promontory and stretches for miles northwards. Parking is right on the beach. At end-Sept we were completely alone, but have never found more than 4 couples there in low season - perfect! Also take home plenty of pine honey from the co-operative on the way to Athani – it doesn’t crystallise and keeps for years (though we buy 8 jars every year!).

Summary: After a very tiring year , we were lucky to be advised by a very close friend of ours of the availability of the Ourania luxury villas in the splendid island of Lefkada. We finally managed to rent for two weeks the excellent villa GEOFOS. During our stay we enjoyed to the fullest all the comforts, luxury and unparalleled service the owner had organized for all tenants of her properties. Nature gave us abundantly its gifts and when the moment of departure came, we had the sadness of those who were leaving behind a small paradise on earth... We are both determined to go back as soon as our commitments would allow...

Summary: We have very much enjoyed our stay at the property. A fantastic place for a larger group to hide away for a while. We have used the kitchen every night and enjoyed the evenings until late at the property. Restaurants and shops are a distance away, so perfect when you like self catering.

Summary: We have been to Lefkada on 4 occasions, 3 using the services of a UK specialist tour operator. This however, was by far our best experience. Ourania and her team have only one goal - to make their guests happy. Ourania is a very thoughtful and intelligent lady (not wishing to patronise) but this is important - she is quite different to a typical holiday property owner. She respects the environment, is very sensitive and her heart is full of warmth. This doesn't come over as a money-making venture, but a happiness making one. Others have described the villa more eloquently than me. Suffice to say that the peacefulness of the location and the quality of the accommodation was the best we have ever found on Lefkada. The best beach in the world is only 25 minutes away - 5 miles of sand and shingle with no more than 100 people on it. I'll leave you to find it! Thank you again to Ourania and her team for a wonderful stay, perfect for our 30th Wedding Anniversary.

Summary: Last summer we accompanied our daughter, grandchildren and her husband to the most ideal spot on Earth, the Villas of Ourania and specifically to Geofos. The villa was designed to combine the views of the sea, the court yard and the pool with the luxurious interior. The pool spilled into the ever changing sea. The stars at night blended with the villa and the moon light reflected off the rocky exterior walls. We felt the magic of history and we felt the presence of wise ancient philosophers and star gazers. We drove from Athens via Patras with much anticipation arriving effortlessly to Vassiliki and the taking a picturesque road to the villas. A grand gated entrance greeted us as we approached the villas, thus giving us the privacy and security we desired. A peeble flat road took us directly to Geofos where we were set free from the rigors of modern day life. everything we needed was close by, the bay of Porto Katchiki, the exquisite Taverna of Oasis as well as local cafes. The morning sunrise was viewed directly from our bedroom and the sunset from the point of Akrotiri. Driving in this area of lefkada was simple and safe, and the distances were short. With out doubt, this was the best familiy vacation we have ever undertaken. We left well rested and happy, having bonded with our daughter, her family and our grandchildren. The owner was always ready to answer questions and to provide any assistance we asked for. She personally drove us to a water park and arranged for a full day of activities with out any additional compensation. Daily mad service was provided. The service was punctual and efficient. They quickly noted our daily habits and made sure not to interfere. We participated in a variety of activities, from sailing to hiking and even took a cruise to Cephalonia and Skorpios. Everything was ideal and relaxed. I recommend Ourania's Villas without any reservations.

Summary: Wonderful house with magnificent views. Everything kindly organized for a nice stay with plenty of nice details. Excellent for a getaway though if looking for nightlife and activies a little far away from all. Perfect for four couples (four wonderful rooms), though five would loose intimacy. A little bit hot at night but the overall opinion is great!

Summary: We have rented many villas in Greece, but villa Geofos is very special. The description and photographs were very accurate, the house is beautiful with marvelous views and very well maintained (we appreciated the daily cleaning which was discrete though efficient). The pool is also great and very clean. If you are looking for a beautiful property in a quiet and secluded setting, this is the place. We had a very warm welcome by the owner herself, Ourania, who gave us all the useful information we needed during our stay Although very private and quiet, the villa is not too far from Vasiliki and from a few taverns (the one we preferred was Oasis, five minutes by car, delicious food and very romantic). The house is also close to beautiful beaches. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend.
