Summary: Despite its location this is a lovely hotel with an amazing breakfast. It’s reasonably priced and perfect for a short stopover.

Summary: They have a limited parking area which was already full when I arrived. I asked for a paid parking space, got a vague response "There might be a one in this direction, I don't know.". AC wasn't working properly, couldn't understand why. Giggles and screams started at 4am. I called the reception but they said there wasn't any other available room.

Summary: Room cleanliness and staff behavior was very supportive and nice. Especially Ilhan. He offered us to keep the luggage after our checkout and manage to find for us some missing items in the room (including money) and handed over to us when we returned to collect our luggage back.

Summary: We stayed in a triple room with one double bed and one single bed. The room was spacious, and the furniture was simple but extremely practical. There was a large enough table, a whole row of wall cabinets to hang all our clothes, good quality toiletries, easy-to-adjust shower water temperature, and a strong shower head. There was also a well-equipped kitchen. The room was also very clean. The front desk service was warm and attentive. There was nothing to complain about.

Summary: Wonderful stay! The hotel was excellent — rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast offered a great variety. It’s in a perfect location, just a short walk from the metro station with a shopping centre right next door. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and generous, especially helping me with ice packs multiple times throughout the day and assisting with takeaways. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Special thanks to Ilhan, who was absolutely exceptional, and to Aziz (I believe that was his name) for their outstanding service. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful, friendly, attentive. The staff make the hotel what it is!
