Villa of 230 m2 surrounded by 3000 m2 of private land, breathtaking view of the sea (90 m), located in the municipality of Naoussa, north-east of Paros.
The villa comprises, on the ground floor level, a large living-dining room with fireplace, 49 '' flat screen TV and fans and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the terrace.
Upper floor: bathroom and 2 bedrooms: one with a 180 cm bed; the other, with direct access to a raised terrace, includes 2 twin beds (90x200) which can be assembled, fan and air condition in each bedroom.
Lower floor: 2 bedrooms with air condition and 2 twin beds (90x200) that can be assembled, bathroom, utility room with washing machine.
In the basement: 2 single beds and one 160x200 bed in a 20 m2 blind room, boiler room.
The living room sofa converts into a bed for 2 people, increasing the sleeping capacity to 14 people. All the bedrooms (except the master room with a 180x200). have bedding allowing the arrangement into twin beds or 180x200 beds. Large closet in each bedroom.
170 m2 of terraces with sea views, divided into three pergolas: a first with built-in bench and table for 6 people (ideal for breakfast) next to the kitchen.
A living room with built-in sofa bench for 12 people and dining room under the second pergola, table for 12 people.

Summary: Great location and facilities for a family with teenage kids and a desire to mix venturing out with entertaining ourselves at home. Large house had more than enough room for our family and the was space to spare for hosting a few friends. Wonderful location that requires a car but offers a fantastic spot from which to explore the variety of what Paros has to offer. We’re so glad we chose this place and wish we could have stayed longer.

Summary: We had a wonderful 6 days in this house - it felt like our home. Everything was clean & comfortable - & relaxing in the garden & pool area overlooking the sea felt like a resort. Thank you for making everything so easy Maria & Ralph. The location is great too, a car is needed for shopping, eating out & visits into Naousa but the privacy of the house is perfect. Summary: Our family of six adults had a wonderful week in n this stunning villa. The outdoor pool, seating areas, different pergolas and the gorgeous view to Naxos was even better than the photos. We were about a kilometre from several local taverns on the waterfront and could swim at the local beaches with a short walk or head to the local organised beaches. Communication was prompt with Maria and she also provided great recommendations for dinners etc. Inside the villa, the bedrooms were spacious and air conditioned. The cleaner came after three days and a pool man and gardener also visited but were very discrete. We would highly recommend!! It was fabulous

Summary: This beautiful oasis was our landing spot for a two week trip to Greece. 10 ladies, celebrating my 50th birthday. The view was spectacular, loved access to the clean private pool. Was SO grateful that everyone had actual beds, instead of futons or pull outs. Outdoor eating areas were amazing and this location is just a short commute to all the fun! You will need a car as the main city areas are a drive away. There are two great restaurants within walking distance, both are on the water and you can't beat the price. Will be returning to visit! Hosts were responsive and accommodating.

Summary: Villa Bolero is by far the best sunrise and sunset view we have seen from one property. The property is located in a quiet, peaceful part of Paros that is close enough to get any amenities, food, etc yet far enough away to imagine you are on private island. There are restaurants, food markets, bakeries and coffee shops 5 to 10 minutes away. The house is impeccably maintained and it was extremely nice to be able to pick fresh herbs and vegetables from their garden. The kitchen and outdoor cooking area were well equipped to cook for our family of five. The living area outside is spacious enough for many people. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and well equipped. The laundry room was well equipped and allowed us to easily wash a few loads before heading back to the states. Maria and Ralph are so easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. Their team who helps with the property are very nice and helpful when needed. We were even pleasantly surprised with a gift bag that included local wine, coffee and other treats. If you are reading this review, I suggest going ahead and book now. You will not regret doing so.

Summary: We had a family birthday celebration and the 8 of us fit so well in this lovely home. The pool was amazing, the view beautiful, the location great although away from town so not walkable to town. We rented two cars. The hosts were very responsive and gave great advice on everything. I will treasure this week in my heart for ever. Ps a bathrobe for everyone was greatly appreciated and the birthday gift upon arrival. We enjoyed it all together at the great eating area outside.

Summary: A super villa with amazing views - even better than the photos!! We loved the outside areas for eating and the house is set in a beautiful garden that's well maintained - unusual for Greece in our limited experience. The open plan living area gives a great sense of space. We'd definitely return to this villa if the opportunity presents itself. Maria was super helpful with my varying guest requests as we started off as just our family but then some friends joined us.

Summary: Fantastic house, although we used the outdoor space, which is even better, far more and for all our meals. The owners were very nice, responsive and helpfull before, during, and after our stay (we forgot a ring which they will send us to France). A clear 5 star, although, please, for our next stay, install wifi :-)
