Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, balcony, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, limited parking, coffee maker, washer, and dryer.
The neighborhood around the home is Old Town Stuart. It is a historic district with a variety of shops, restaurants, and art galleries. It is also home to the Lyric Theatre, a performing arts venue.
You can get around by car, bike, or on foot.

-Pineapple Joe`s Grill & Raw Bar: 26.3 miles via NW Federal Hwy and US-1 N/S US Hwy 1. It should take about 39 minutes to get there by car.
-Manatee Island Fort Pierce: 21.6 miles via NW Federal Hwy and US-1 N/S US Hwy 1. It should take about 35 minutes to get there by car.
-Skipper`s Cove Bar & Grill: 1.0 miles via US-1 S and S Colorado Ave. It should take about 3 minutes to get there by car.
-Sharky`s: 2.1 miles via US-1 S. It should take about 5 minutes to get there by car.
-Captain`s Galley: 1.8 miles via US-1 S. It should take about 4 minutes to get there by car.
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*
Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.
**Note: There`s a small fee ($40 per night) to heat the pool.**
While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.

**Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property**

Summary of house rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 10am.
- Quiet Hours are between 10pm-8am.
- No unauthorized guests.
- No smoking permitted inside home.
- Parking is limited to 5 vehicles at all times.
1. Check in /Check Out - Check in time is 4:00 pm . Check out time is 10 am. Unless otherwise authorized by the management company. We MUST have 24 hour notice for extensions of stay or you will be expected to vacate at the 10:00 am checkout time.
2. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in listing. The maximum occupancy rule mustn`t be violated as this will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.
3. Trash: All trash is bagged and put in waste bins provided.
4. Pets: We do allow house trained pets but please make sure to clean up after them. A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. It is your responsibility to deliver the property in the same conditions as received.
5. Parties or events: We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property.
6. Smoking: There is to be NO SMOKING in the property. Smoking is allowed outside but do not toss butts in the patio or grass or outside of the home. Any evidence of smoking inside the home (i.e. smells of smoke, ashes, burns etc) will be an automatic forfeiture of the entire damage deposit.
A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
7. Inspections: Property Management has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given.The guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
8. Reservation/Security Deposit: A reservation/security deposit is required to reserve the house. The refundable deposit automatically converts to a security deposit upon arrival. The deposit is in addition to the nightly rate. It will be refunded in the same manner paid provided the following provisions are met: *No damage is done to unit or its contents *All debris,rubbish,and trash are placed in trash cans and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. If the house is left excessively dirty and there is excessive trash left in the house, there will be an additional cleaning fee deducted from the deposit for the extra cleaning time. The guests will be notified immediately. *No linens are missing, damaged or excessively stained *The Occupancy limit of the house is not exceeded at any time unless approved in writing in advance *There are no police enforcement actions by the City or Homeowners /and items 2,3,4 and 5 are adhered to and there are no violations of house rules as posted in the house.
9. Failure to Vacate: If you fail to vacate the property on or before the termination of this agreement , you shall pay for the period of your holdover a sum equal to 2 times the daily rate of your property or the maximum sum by state law.
10. House Phone: There is a landline in the home incase of emergency
11. Cable TV: There is no Cable TV in the house . No refunds shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preference with regard to TV service.
12. Internet/WIFI: Hi speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. NO REFUND of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to Internet services.
13. A/C system: Please keep levels of a/c at appropriate temperatures. Keep doors and windows closed while in operation, as humidity accumulation can cause freezing of units and dysfunction.
15. Lost and Found: Valuable items left behind by guests will be held for the guest and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the tenant for the return. After 6 months - items become property of the owner. Owner will not be responsible for the condition of said items.
16. Fireworks: Tenant agrees that there will be no use of fireworks anywhere on the property.
17. Home Use - Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to ,illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc, shall cause termination of the agreement with no refund of rents or Deposits.
18. No daily Maid Service - While linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. It is available at an additional rate. We provide starters for toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags and laundry detergent.
20. False Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of advance payment and the guests will not be permitted to check in to the property.
21. Parking - The guests must park within the property and keep off the grass, swale or anyone else`s property. You can have up to 5 cars parked here at all times.
22. Repairs and Replacements - Every attempt is made to maintain the house in the best of condition. The managers do not express or imply any guarantee regarding suitability for any specific purpose. The manager does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed as soon as possible. It is the guest`s responsibility to immediately notify the manager of any issues that they incur during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the manager`s ability. The manager is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences may be, but are not limited to , the following : weather conditions, power outages, adverse weather or road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances, including , but not limited to, dishwasher, grill, pool heater, washer and dryer, Pests.

Summary: Not as advertised (sleep count, hot tub), plus basic maintenance issuesWe chose this home for a large group based on the listing details, and while the house is spacious and can sleep 12 people comfortably, several key aspects were not as advertised, and the host communication was unhelpful.The listing stated it sleeps 14, but there were no adult sleeping accommodations for 14. There was no pull-out couch, and when I asked where the other two adults were supposed to sleep, the only response was essentially “there’s no pull-out,” with no explanation of an alternative.The listing includes multiple photos of a hot tub, but on arrival the hot tub was disconnected and not working. When I messaged the owner, he repeatedly insisted I was “confused” and that a hot tub was not an amenity , despite it being physically there, pictured in the listing, and receiving a video from the owner with instructions on how to start it!. He later argued that because the pool was listed as not heated, the hot tub should be assumed unheated as well, and blamed conflicting amenity info on a VRBO “glitch.” The tone was dismissive and the issue was not resolved.There were not enough towels for a group our size — we had to go buy towels.We visited during an unusually cold stretch and there were no extra blankets, and the upstairs bedrooms were not adequately heated.The fire pit did not work, and I never received a response to my inquiry about it.The kitchen was under-stocked for a large group: not

Summary: Just wasn’t a good experience. We booked this house inspite of bad reviews because we needed a larger house for a family reunion. So yes, it does fit a large crowd- I’m not discounting that. But- expect the bare minimum in the kitchen- it’s not stocked properly for actual cooking, serving, entertaining. If the house advertises it holds 14 guests, then I would expect it to be outfitted for 14. For example: We had 4 hand towels for 14 people and when I messaged for additional towels, the owner responded no, that those were considered personal items. I had to go purchase towels. Outside living area was not kept - furniture was dirty and grounds needed maintenance. Inside- blinds were broken and bedroom doors didn’t close. Also note that the pool and spa is not heated. I personally do not consider this house elegant and it is no way a mansion- it’s a small house with a lot of bedrooms. There is only one common space to sit - with very little indoor living and socializing space. Last- the location is not peaceful- there is a lot of plane noise (sitting outside it is especially loud). There is a dog park/vet next door and you hear barking dogs 24/7. The check in process was ridiculous- lack of trust and a laborious process to provide copies of ids, photos, extra security deposits and pictures of actual credit card. I personally would not stay here again.

Summary: Communication with the management team was highly confusing. After making the initial payment, I received an email stating that due to recent scams, I needed to make an additional down payment. The email raised a red flag by instructing me to use a different portal, not associated with the VRBO website. I contacted VRBO to check for possible fraud, and the management team admitted they had made a mistake. They then sent an email with the lockbox code for the key to the property. Upon arrival, the lockbox code did not work. After contacting the management team again, they admitted to providing the wrong code. When we finally entered the home, we found it to be lovely but lacking in cleanliness. The white sofa in the living room was filthy and stained, which was embarrassing as I had planned a pleasant stay for my guest. I contacted the management team to request a cleaning before my guest's arrival, but they refused. I had to buy blankets to cover the sofa. Additionally, the fans in the home were covered in inches of dust and dirt, the master shower head was severely rusted, and the top shower head was unusable. Many doors jammed and could not be locked, and several window blinds were broken, preventing us from enjoying the sunlight. It was very disappointing to see such a lovely home lacking basic cleanliness and maintenance. The purpose of this review is to highlight these issues so changes can be made for the benefit of both homeowners and guests.
