Summary: The hotel is in a busy touristic area, and you have many dining and shopping options and excellent transport links. It was a bit loud on Friday night, but otherwise it's pretty quiet and feels safe. I am quite fit, but I struggled to get to the room with my suitcase - there's a lot of stairs, and the last bit is a winding staircase - I thought I'd fall. I wonder if they had any accidents, I was certainly on the verge of falling. I didn't use breakfast either, as I found the price a bit high compared to what you can get elsewhere. The room was small but clean, and the bathroom was great, with a good powerful shower. To sum up, it was ok, but the only way I would go there again is if I travel very very light.

Summary: Hotel was perfect for one night. Large room with 5 beds and clean bathroom. Staff was very nice. Food places/bakeries within walking distance. Would recommend to others!

Summary: The room was nothing like the pictures—very small, quite ugly, and very basic. I was in Berlin for the marathon, and the location was amazing. The hotel is only a few steps away from the 35th kilometer mark, which was perfect for my family to cheer me on. The surrounding area has plenty of great restaurants and shopping. Parking, however, was not ideal—expensive and extremely tight. If you have a compact car, you’ll be fine, but anything larger will be difficult.
