Whether it's business, pleasure, a romantic getaway or a private retreat, Upper Canyon Studio provides the perfect setting with it's beautiful open plan and interplay of indoor-outdoor space. Open the 12 foot sliding glass doors and the living area seamlessly flows into an elegant, minimalist courtyard. Combining sophisticated design with simplicity and comfort, Upper Canyon Studio is perfect for singles and couples.
This beautiful private, studio has a working kitchen, full bath, living space, queen bed, walk-in closet, courtyard, security system, radiant floor heating, air conditioning, and off street parking.
Payment
Full payment and a signed lease are required. Your signed lease must be received within 24 hours of booking. Tenants pay all payment fees to be deducted from the damage deposit.
Short and long term stays are available. Weekly rates apply to stays of 7 nights or more. Monthly rates apply to stays of 30 consecutive nights or more. Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice, please inquire prior to making a reservation.
A 3 night minimum stay is required except during holidays when a 5 night minimum stay is required. Please contact the owner for more information.

Summary: My wife and I have stayed at the Upper Canyon Studio many times over the years. It is the first place we think of if we are planning a trip to Santa Fe. The studio is perfect for a couple and is beyond convenient for exploring the city. The studio is setup so you can come and go as needed, but the owner is always available if a need arises. Private, quiet and well located. We can highly recommend it if it fits your needs.

Summary: This property contributed greatly to our enjoyable stay in Santa Fe! The location, lack of toxic chemical fragrance and modern design were not only in alignment with us but made our stay very peaceful and comfortable. The private courtyard and window with views of nature were much enjoyed.Tushita was very accommodating and communicative while respecting our privacy. Summary: Perfect location, close to everything but off the beaten path so you can decompress. We walked our dog all around the neighborhood and found everything we needed within a 15 minute drive. The studio is very quiet and cozy. The heated floors and adjustable lighting makes everything feel comfortable and calm.

Summary: The place was great, and the host was lovely. The space was clean, and peaceful. The radiant floor heating was perfect for my winter stay. The location was convenient and close to town. Just a couple unexpected issues. After booking, I received a separate lease from the host, which I understand protects the owner, but was surprised to have to read through a legal document for such a short stay. The lease mentioned I’d be responsible for credit card fees, which I agreed to, but assumed were included in what I paid while booking through the app. But after returning home, I was surprised to see an additional charge for 'damages'. The host clarified it wasn't for damages, but was the credit card fee. Even though I understood this, it just didn't feel great to get home and have an additional charge, especially after assuming I’d already paid in full. And honestly a little stressful to see a ‘damages’ message show up in my VRBO messages. But otherwise a pleasant stay.
