Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 full bath waterfront house with a fantastic view of Secord Lake. Our house is rustic with modern charm and amenities. It is well maintained, clean, and equipped with all the basic necessities you will need to enjoy your stay, for a fun and relaxing escape.
There are multiple outdoor deck areas for dining and relaxation. Space includes a large boardwalk with seating with upfront lake views and firepit area for cozy evenings.
We just finished a full remodel in 2024. Updates include, new flooring throughout, new furnishings, ceiling fans, 2 completely updated bathrooms with walk in showers. Bedrooms have been updated with new mattresses and will sleep 6 comfortably. New stainless steel appliances, including stackable washer and dryer and dishwasher. Central air conditioning and furnace are new in 2023.

Our house is centrally located between West Branch and Gladwin on Secord Lake. Several restaurants and bars are a short distance away. New Dollar General conveniently located just a short 5 minute drive. For side by side fans, ORV trails are a short drive away. Extra-large driveway allows plenty of space for your off road vehicles.
NOTE: We are part of Secord Lake, which currently has lowered water levels due to ongoing dam repair. This property is located on one of the wider part of the lake offering plenty of water to swim, kayak, paddle boat and fish. Don’t forget to bring your fishing poles 😊

Summary: Spent a long relaxing weekend with our kids on the water, has everything we needed. Neighbors were great. Had a grill, fire pit and lounge areas to hang out, plus corn hole. House was clean and the hosts were great!! Will definitely be back, we all had an awesome time!!!!

Summary: Sue & Jeff were so great to work with, the house was awesome, had everything we needed from inside to outside nice fire pit, kayaks, swim board, games, the neighbors were great. Beautiful house inside, beds were comfy, it was hard to leave, definitely coming back.

Summary: This property was a perfect fit for our family. The interior has been remodeled with high end appliances and furnishings. Everything was immaculate and fresh. The views were beautiful and a perfect place to use the kayaks that are included. There is plenty of outdoor seating around the fire pit and lake areas. The host was very responsive with questions and a gem to communicate with! I highly reccomend this home.

Summary: This property is exactly as listed and very clean! It is very stylishly updated and well-appointed. The beds and linens are fabulous! The outdoor space is amazing and the view of the lake both from the indoor living room as well as the outdoor decks is super peaceful and relaxing. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Hoping to return next summer!!
