Positive: Iits very comfy perfect for 1 couple,fully furnished which is they have everything,it's located in the City Center and closed to old town,it's good to walk for 15min.and the most I like is the amazing view.. It's highly recommended for family/couple!😍

Positive: I was a little uneasy after reading so many reviews online. However, communication with the landlord went very smoothly. We texted in advance instead of calling, and I received a map showing how to get to the underground parking garage. This information was very helpful. The room was surprisingly cozy and clean, and the balcony view was beautiful. I hope to enjoy it during the summer. The layout is great. Be sure to read the landlord's instructions carefully, otherwise you might get the wrong address, and the area is mostly one-way streets.

Negative: The underground parking garage is very narrow, so new drivers should be careful. Also, getting and returning the garage key is extremely troublesome. You have to park in a communal parking space first (because there's no access or parking available next to the apartment), then run upstairs to get the key. When leaving, you have to drive to a communal parking space first, then run upstairs to return the key. Check-out time is 10 am, but breakfast wasn't left at the door until 9:35 am, so we were a bit flustered.

Positive: We got instructions a day before we arrived to the accomodation via mail - nice option. We parked our car to the parking place in the underground garage which was rly good, otherwise it is a real problem to park somewhere close to the apartment. Accomodation was nice and clean and modern. I am glad that we chose this apartment.

Negative: I do not see advantage in the breakfast - I appreciate delivery everyday behind the door of the flat BUT it is definitely better to be without them and enjoy breakfast somewhere in the city. We got some plastic bowls with basic stuff without any imiganation. In case we return there, I will not choose paid breakfast.

Summary: Nice accomodation, easy to reach and close to the city center. Only disadvantage is the breakfast.
