- ⛱️ Only a 5-minute drive away is a private lake park where you can launch your own boat. We provide beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. Please treat them kindly.
- 🏌️‍♂️ If you enjoy golf, we're just 5 minutes from the Point Venture golf course (fees apply).
- 🎾 Access to tennis courts is available.

You'll have two full parking spaces right in front of the house, and overflow parking can accommodate boats and extra cars, just a 5-minute drive away. It's located next to the pool and a walkway to Captain Pete’s restaurant.
Point Venture offers a wealth of activities. You're just a 1-minute walk from Lake Travis and a 5-minute drive from the Point Venture Recreational Complex. This complex features a library, a junior Olympic-size swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a golf course, and tennis courts. The private Point Venture Lake Park covers 50 acres, with beautiful beaches and a boat launch area. There's even a playground for the kids and picnic tables for family gatherings.
For basic shopping needs, Lago Vista, a 15-minute drive from the house, has a large CVS and a Lowes Supermarket. If you're interested in happy hour, the Golf Pro Shop (Caddy Shack) is just a 3-minute drive away and offers beer and wine.
We've made your stay even more comfortable with smart home features. Our Nest heat/cool controls allow us to address any AC issues remotely. We've also placed water sensors by the dishwasher and washer/dryer to promptly address leaks. We take your comfort seriously and use technology to ensure your stay is hassle-free while respecting your privacy.
For security, we have two outdoor cameras, one at the entry door and another at the back entrance, recording motion activity for up to 7 days to protect our property. No other cameras are placed elsewhere on the property.

Summary: Our family voted this the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The unit backs up to open space and the decks have great views. The rooms are large and everything is up to date. The kitchen is very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Summary: Beautiful and very clean!! Stocked with plenty of essentials including washing detergent. Also beach/pool towels, chairs etc. The host was extremely communicative! A plumbing issue arose which was out of the hosts hands; she showed generosity for our inconvenience. We would definitely stay again!!

Summary: This was the perfect place for our family to gather, create memories and enjoy Lake Travis. Elza is an incredible host and thought of every single detail to make our stay perfect. The pictures do not do the home justice. It looks much better in person. I recommend Elza's home for anyone traveling to Lake Travis.

Summary: Over all it was nice stay but the only thing is that when we would use the kitchen the power outage kept going off and when we tried to use the electric grill the power kept going off and we could not really finish cooking with out trying to fix it .

Summary: We had three families and this place was perfect. Seating for 10 both inside and outside and each floor had its own private "suite" like areas which allowed everyone to have privacy when needed. Would definitely stay there again!
