Positive: Fab! Beautiful house, beautiful views. Very, very friendly welcome! Room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge and coffee (always an amazing bonus!). Only stayed one night to break a long journey, and they kindly provided dinner (for a cost) which was very nice. would certainly stay again (when) back in the area and highly recommended.
Negative: The only "issue" is it is a bit of a drive up the big hill so nothing walkable except hikes so you need a car! But really, its only about 10-15 minutes to get to the valley which didnt bother us as the setting was beautiful.

Positive: The views are out of this world. Staff very friendly. Would recommend to anyone for a break. They also bought us a bottle of bubbly for our wedding anniversary great touch.
Negative: The drive up of your not used to heights beware. No shops or restaurants so make sure you stock up on a few bits before you arrive

Positive: The property is a renovated ancient Tyrolean with a great view on the Karnische Alpen. Our room had a great view, spacious with a comfy bed. Spotless clean and coffee making facilities. Great communication with the host.
