Summary: Very comfortable and clean room, very spacious and great bathroom with a lovely shower. Fairly easy to get to Köln city centre 5-10 minute walk to the nearest shuttle and 20 minutes to the centre on the tube. Overall a great stay.

Summary: This is obviously a hotel aimed at business customers, which is fine. The room was comfortable, though the fittings in the bathroom had not been the best maintained. The receptionist was very helpful when we arrived. We were disappointed at the first breakfast we booked. I ate a normal breakfast, though never have a hot drink. My wife joined me later and had only a cup of tea. The staff at the hotel insisted that we had consumed two breakfasts and charged €15 each. Our argument that my wife could have had a free cup of the same tea in the room was completely ignored. The member of staff rudely insisted that we paid for two breakfasts. We therefore went to a local bakery for our breakfast the next day, which was cheaper for us and the hotel lost the potential breakfast charge. A shame.
