Positive: Very good location, local to shops and bus routes. the train station is not far either. The mattress was comfortable. I slept well. The Host is very friendly and helpful. Bonus he had my favourite drink when I arrived. I will be staying again. when I visit.

Positive: Exceptional value for money, very clean room, toiletries provided, and it has a fan! Brilliant location for buses, trains, cafes, bars, parks and independent shops, but the highlight is Miles the host who is just fabulous! So accommodating of my plans each day, amazing breakfasts, really friendly guy - I honestly felt like I’d gone to stay with a friend. He turned just renting a room into such a welcoming home away from home. I had everything I needed and more, and can’t imagine ever choosing to stay anywhere else in London.

Positive: The room was clean, comfortable and quiet (which can be scarce in London!). The room had everything I needed, I had a view over a nice garden and a aw foxes playing in the early morning. I liked the place. The host was super friendly and a really interesting person. I messed up the booking at the start with but he was relaxed and helped me sort it out with no problems. He also makes an awesome breakfast!

Negative: Theres a bit of clutter downstairs and in the garden but the host is sorting this out.

Summary: Quiet, clean room with a generous host.
