This luxury home is located inside a two unit building, in Lone Mountain. One mile from UCSF Parnassus, steps from University of San Francisco (USF), 5 blocks from Haight Ashbury, and two blocks from Starbucks, Target, Trader Joes to name a few! Walk Score 90. My home is centrally located is a safe & fun neighborhood in the city.
This 3-bed + 2-bath home is perfect for families or individuals traveling to SF. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, king bed, closet system, television, outdoor deck w/bistro table. Both bathrooms have stand-up showers...there are no tubs! Guest bedrooms have comfy queen beds and plenty of storage. There is a solarium equipped with a gas grill for your use.
Fabulous location located in the center of the City and steps to University of San Francisco. Three main bus stops are within a few feet from the front door. Security cameras are installed in common areas of the building and inside of locked Owners Closets. Street parking only. Owner will provide street parking permit w/ 1-week advance reservation.
Female dogs (any size) are acceptable. Please send message and I will approve with proof of vaccinations from vet. Sorry, NO male dogs allowed. NO cats allowed

Summary: Perfect property for us. Close to Inner Richmond, e-bikes right up the street. Every convenience for cooking at home, and short distance to great restaurants. Super comfortable and spacious, even some outdoor space. Loved it. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Summary: My family and I spent a long weekend touring San Francisco and attending a few live performances. The location was perfect and the apartment was well stocked with "welcoming" items which were nice to have since we arrived late in the evening. Pamela was the perfect hostess for this wonderful property. Highly recommend!

Summary: The apartment offered a cozy feel and provided enough privacy for my parents and my boyfriend and I during our stay. There is a 3rd bed that can sleep 2. The location is perfect for activities near Golden Gate Park and is in a warm and clean part of the city. The neighborhood and building is quite at night. Price point is on the higher end but we payed for the convenience of being near USF and having had 2 of our AirBnB reservations cancelled due to temporary licences being denied. Bar soap, body wash, shampoo, and hair dryer are offered. No body lotion, conditioner or washer and dryer, which is fine just a FYI. We searched everywhere for Nespresso capsules but had no luck locating them and didn't feel it was worth calling landlord for especially since Pamela had already responded promptly when we had trouble with thermostat setting. Beds were comfortable, linens were very clean and bath robes added a great touch! Thank you for opening up you home to us.
