Positive: We loved the comfort of the home and very clean. Close to everything, which was a plus!

Negative: On the downside, there were no garbage bags, the backyard is nice but not maintained. My husband found a knife sticking out of the ground in the yard where the grandkids were playing. Also,the chairs on the patio were dirty. patio wasn't cleaned off covered in leaves. The hot tub area was dirty. Nasty brown ring around the inside of the hot tub. That was a turn-off
