Summary: The staff was courteous. Self parking was a breeze. The hotel was conveniently located to the Universal Parks. We loved taking the water taxi to the parks and the included Express Pass Unlimited. The only downside of our stay is that we were placed next to the staircase in the location the absolute furthest away from the elevator. It took so long to get to our room that the first time we located it we couldn’t believe the hallway was THAT long! Mattresses were super comfortable!
