Positive: The friendliness from the staff, leaving us more clean towels in the room without requesting them , and how there was beach towels, snorkeling gear and other items we could use during our stay available in the community section. Also, we said there was going to be 3 of us and they had an extra bed put in there without telling us. It was a nice surprise to walk into.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Perfect location in the center of Maui with everything you need and more!

Positive: Was a one night plan and chose this spot for proximity to Maui airport which worked well.

Negative: I am writing this complaint here as you don't have an email for customers available to write separately on this matter. I booked as always in Canadian dollars as a Genius Loyalty 2 member and once satisfied used my credit card when the site quoted me and was most disappointed and upset when the transaction went through that I was charged in American dollars! Nowhere in the first steps of booking did the quote indicate it was American dollars until the charge went through! Was way beyond my budget for basic accommodation near an airport for just 1 night which was all I needed, and noted really no conveniences nearby. With all the business I've given Booking.com I expect that I am credited on my Visa to reflect the huge difference in rates between the American and Canadian dollar currency! thank you.
