Key West style unit located in a private home on five plus acres on the Hudson River. Unit is located on the lower level of an Historic home; with a private entrance! If you choose to expand your group, both Unit 1 and Unit 2 are next to each other, if available

Entrance is off the Sunroom which is steps out to the pool deck with a pristine saltwater pool, BBQ area and fire pit.
Unit has one large bedroom with a sitting room and work desk, smart TV !
A separate area off the fully stocked Kitchen has a comfy queen size daybed perfect for children or an extra guest/s ! There is a nice size full bathroom!
Also, in the enclosed sunroom, there is a queen size futon for anyone who wants to enjoy the feeling a sleeping under the stars for fun!

Summary: This was a really nice place to stay for a getaway weekend upstate. Beautiful view of the Hudson. Not too far from New Paltz. Pool was amazing as it was very hot the weekend we were there.

Summary: The owner who lives just upstairs was great and communicated well about our arrangements. We used both units for a family wedding trip and it was clean and the pool was up and running even early in the season. The view from the backyard is great as well. The location has lots of vineyards and restaurants not far away and we were able to get Uber drivers to the home to help with our stay. I'd definitely use this location again if I have the opportunity to travel to the Hudson area again.

Summary: We enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable stay for the weekend. It was easy to find, clean, cute and the kitchen was well stocked for preparing light meals and snacks. Such a pretty view of the Hudson River!

Summary: We were super comfortable in our cozy apartment that included all the amenities we could have wanted, including half n half for our coffee and a nice chilled bottle of wine! The view from the terrace looking out to the Hudson River was exquisite with the added bonus of being able to see the Vanderbilt Mansion. We did a lot of hiking, which was the reason we traveled to the area. Camille even let us in on a local gem of a trail. The pool was such a welcome amenity especially after hiking for hours!! Peace and quiet, lovely property and view, convenient location!! Thank you Camille!!

Summary: Very comfortable apartment in a beautiful setting. We loved the salt-water pool! Decorations inside and out were charming. The view of the river was delightful. Camille was always close by and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and/or how we were enjoying ourselves. We'd love to come again!

Summary: My wife and I were looking for a getaway from NYC for a few days. The property was beautiful, the location was perfect and Camille could not have been any nicer or more attentive. We were so enamored with the place, the hospitality and the ability to get away and relax. We look forward to our next visit. Highly recommend.

Summary: Was in town for a weekend girls’ trip and really enjoyed our stay here! Camille was very accommodating and friendly, even got a chance to chat with her one night while sitting by the fire pit. Lovely person! The pool/outdoor area is fantastic and had a great time hanging out there during the day. The location is not too far a drive from New Paltz and you have a great view of the river out back. Was able to fit in time for hiking, a winery visit, hanging by the pool as well as dinners out in our 2 days there. I would recommend that you either use your own car to get around or plan further in advance than normal if you plan to Uber/use a taxi service. Not so much a suggestion based on the house, but the area in general. We had a hard time finding Ubers for 4 people, but perhaps we just had bad luck or cabs haven’t bounced back from Covid-related supply and demand issues yet.

Summary: This eclectic little gem is convenient to Kingston, Poughkeepsie, New Paltz, Hyde Park, etc. Great salt water pool and fully stocked kitchen, with all the fixings for s’mores! But the star of the place is Camille, our host. She really puts the sparkle onto this gem. She is so kind and helpful and a real character (I say this in a NICE way!). Don’t hesitate to book a stay here when you visit this area.
