Summary: Exceptionally helpful at check-in as I had never stayed before and wanted to see a room in advance of check-in. Clean room. Average breakfast. Plenty of parking.

Summary: Room was unheated when we arrived and it was 10 degrees outside. Took all night for the room to heat up reasonably. No continental breakfast was available, contrary to booking details an website.

Summary: Website says breakfast in restaurant but on first morning they just had bagels in the restaurant and on second morning (a Saturday) the restaurant was closed and there was clear plastic bin on the check in counter with some type of bread. Room was what you would expect from an older Super 8 or similar. Bed cover had brown stain as did box spring skirting. When my key stopped working on day 2, no one was at the front desk and I waited 6-7 minutes from someone to come after calling and ringing bell. You know what you are getting with a Days Inn or Super 8 or similar but this places tries to dress it up from the street view but the back is just a super budget motel with a restaurant that appears to be a side hobby.

Summary: Mold in bathroom, hole in wall, broken desk chair and lamp, stain on comforter, and outdoor chairs in front of rooms like people live her all the time. Did not feel the safest. Now I know why I had to sign a no refund contract when we checked in. The lobby was gorgeous, the rooms…not so much.

Summary: The first thing we saw when opening the door was a roach crawling on the side of the bed. The coffee maker still had an old coffee filter inside and not a single cup in the room.

Summary: Check in was quick and easy. Staff polite and friendly. Room was clean. Only complaint I had was they didn't have any USB ports to use so you definitely have to have a plug in charger to charge phones and other electronics.
