Lovely three-bedroom, 4 full bath stone rancher in quiet neighborhood. Private swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and tennis court. 1 acre of well manicured lawn. Plenty of outdoor lounging space with a ten person outdoor dining area and fire pit with seating. Spacious downstairs club room with ping-pong table and pool table and 72 inch flatscreen TV.
Five minute drive to the beltway as well as to shopping and groceries.
Back yard leads directly to miles of Loch Raven reservoir walking trails

Summary: Our family had an amazing time at this wonderful property. The home was spacious, extremely well-appointed and was conveniently located and private. The backyard is an oasis that is immaculately maintained. Adults and children alike enjoyed all this property had to offer and Amy was extremely attentive and helpful. We could not have asked for a more perfect property for our vacation. We can’t wait to go back!

Summary: This home was truly spectacular. So spacious and clean. Not your typical rental property - It had every amenity plus. The beds were so comfortable and each bedroom had a noise machine which was so nice to use to fall asleep. The couches were great to lounge and had soft blankets available to use. The kitchen had it all, great dishes and utensils. The basement was so spacious and had great games/pool/ping pong. The backyard was simply an oasis and we used it all! From dining al fresco on the patio, to swimming and sunning in the pool, to basketball and tennis-everyone had something fun to do! We most enjoyed the fire pit- where we could hang and listen to music and talk all night. The Sonos system throughout the house and patio were so great to have and use. Lastly Amy is just amazing-so helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to visit again-it was a wonderful time for 4 couples to get away and enjoy a ‘resort’ type property.

Summary: My family and I had an absolute blast at this vacation rental. My children are ages 4, 6, and 10, and were always entertained. The pool was amazing, house was beautifully furnished with everything you need, beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms were clean and luxurious. Restaurants, stores, and fun things for kids were all close. There were many restaurant options to also have food delivered if you don't feel like going out. We enjoyed the aquarium, children's museum, and double rock park, but just sitting in the backyard relaxing was my favorite part. Lots of beautiful wildlife to view as well. WIFI also worked well! Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This is, by far, the nicest property I have ever rented. From the listing, it is possible to tell how lovely the home and grounds are, however, everything is so much more impressive in person. The house is very well cared for and excellently maintained. The inside is not only beautiful, but was cleaned flawlessly upon our arrival. The finished basement is an incredible space for families with a variety of available activities and games. My party was small, but there is ample room in this home for larger groups to vacation comfortably. The outside is equally stunning with lush landscaping. The backyard offers so many fun options and is truly perfect for a relaxing getaway. My children loved the private pool and playground equipment. Although it was very warm during our stay, the new hot tub was perfect in the evenings. The yard offers numerous seating choices while providing a spacious area that allows for yard games. There may have been a fierce bocce tournament between my husband and me! We also enjoyed watching the happenings in the fish pond. How lucky that we got to see tadpoles transform into tiny frogs before we checked out! I cannot compliment enough all of the wonderful things that this property has to offer. In addition, Amy goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests feel welcome and at home. She got in touch with me prior to check in to guarantee that everything was set up perfectly. Her communication and responsiveness is superior. Further, there were many unexpected extras and high-end touches that did not go unnoticed during our stay. I would not hesitate to visit this property again. Everything was so great that we did not want to leave. It was an amazing experience and I hope to be able to return!
