Summary: A well-stocked and thoughtfully remodeled house in a great location to take advantage of all Long Beach and Southwestern Los Angeles have to offer. Great restaurants close by too. Looking forward to staying here again.

Summary: This home is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Even had food stocked for us! Beds are very comfortable which was a big plus. Only downside is being on very busy street the traffic noise in master bedroom in mornings. Otherwise great house. I would stay here again.

Summary: Our stay at the property was very comfortable, and our hosts were very helpful at all hours. I would just note that the convenience of the location also comes with quite a bit of traffic noise. The master bedroom is lovely, but because it's located at the front of the house, we had to move to the back bedroom after the first night because of the noise. Otherwise, the property was great.

Summary: The homeowner is very nice and accomodating! Everything you need is in the house and its very organized and clean. I was with a party of 6 and we all slept comfortably.....A very comfortable setting, you feel right at home. I will definitely choose this property again when I'm on vacation in the area, it was absolutely worth the money! I love this place and didn't want to leave :)

Summary: The house was beautiful, everything we needed. Down to hair dryer shampoo, conditioner and body soap , q-tips , a steamer for your clothes, flat iron for women's hair , all toiletries provided along with laundry soap and fabric sheets , also some staples in kitchen provided coffee , tea , sugar, salt , pepper and fresh fruit, milk . The managers met us there with a warm greeting to show us around , they went above and beyond. Will definitely stay there again when I am in the area

Summary: Location was great. The property manager was great. We had a few issues with the kitchen sink and the internet but the property manager took care of it very quickly. I would recommend staying here. The house is clean, cozy and comes with a ton of amenities including a great outdoor patio and BBQ.

Summary: The host of this property goes above and beyond. We arrived late evening on Saturday and the host made sure we had breakfast food including coffee in the kitchen. In fact, the kitchen was well stocked and they even had laundry detergent available. The house itself was fantastic. All the bells and whistles one could want, surround sound, fab kitchen and grill. I cannot say enough about how the host went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was there. Great stay, thanks.

Summary: Incredible property. The photos reflect the reality. Wonderful 2 full bedroom house with a complete personal bathroom in the master bedroom. On arrival the were anlot of amenities provided in the fridge, cubbert and on the counter. What about the bed's the matress the greates bed. The owner's enjoy providing exceptional service to there guests. On our next stay in Long Beach of L.A. We will return to this house

Summary: William's 2 bed 2bath house is has advertise but much, much, better in person...I can tell that he put forth the time and effort in creating a luxury vacation home. William has installed a mist system that runs through the house. It gets much better, in the guest bathroom there is a t.v. Basically, you can watch t.v. as you shower..What a delight...In the kitchen, there is a t.v. as well. The home includes all the updated contemporary amenities such as hardwood flooring, a stainless-steel refrigerator, and flat screen t.vs. in both bedrooms (50" in master-bedroom). There is a patio where guest can relax in private without being bothered by the general public. While relaxing, you can view the mural that has water running down the side... In addition, there is a patio through the master-bedroom overlooking the Del Almo Drive (quite busy during the day). William was a great host,..he provided a great tour of the home...He provided snacks upon entering the residence. Also, my friend left his I-Pod charger by accident, William went out of his way to send my friend his charger by mail. I would recommend William's vacation home...I would definitely return. William, I want to say thank you for your hospitality and allowing my friend and I to stay at your home.

Summary: A beautiful home with snacks provided for the weary traveler. All amenities one wants on a working vacation. The location is also very convenient to the beach and nice restaurants. The owner and a caretaker, Toya are so accomodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this rental.
