- NOTE: Horse stalls and a horse caretaker for feeding and watering are available for an additional fee of $25/day per horse paid for upon arrival. Guests must pick up after their animal’s waste. If you are only bringing horses, you do not need to pay the pet fee as that is separate
- NOTE: All dogs must be kept on a leash. Dogs may be off leash if they are friendly with the on-site livestock, 4 dogs (2 medium-sized dogs, 1 pug mix & 1 chihuahua) that belong to the homeowners
- NOTE: The homeowner lives on-site, in a completely separate unit, and may be present during your stay
- NOTE: The property does have WiFi, but it may be spotty since the property is located in a rural area
- NOTE: Guests should be prepared to bring warm clothes/blankets in case the home is not warm enough for them
