Positive: We ordered from the counter and the food was excellent. We also did the quick service from the cooler and also very good.
Negative: Wish we could keep the shower on without using one hand. Hard to wash your hair with one hand.
Summary: This was a great place to hang out with "New Friends" especially around the campfire.

Positive: Great staff and very helpful! The tents were very comfortable and for a Glamping experience from seasoned campers, was a delight. Flushing Toilet and hot shower! What could one ask more for! It was quite cold in the mornings, but the stove made it doable. Beds very comfortable and warm with the hot water bottles! Those are amazing!
Negative: Food could use a bit of tweaking. Hot breakfasts delivered cold, which when it is cold, is difficult I suspect. Possibly a food warmer might be a good idea. Not sure it if you have one. We figures out the batteries, but one was totally dead upon arrival, but we it finally. The young women that gave us the instructions and tour, should have mentioned that you have to turn them on! Us older individuals, do not have lots of these devices, so not quite intune.
Summary: WE had a great time! Wished the weather would have allowed for Star Gazing. Loved the music!

Positive: remote location and tents mixed within the hills…
Negative: it was the last day the camp was open and they began to loudly breakdown tents next to us at 7:30am. you could also feel the weariness of staff- they broke down coffee station before 10 am check out - not the best time to be paying full price

Positive: Cool concept. Nice welcome and explanation of how the tents work etc. Comfortable camping. Good food. Enjoyed the fire pits and smores.
Negative: Hugely overpriced. Limited menu for dinner and restaurant area organisation poor.

Positive: Nice, roomy canvas tent with toilet and hot water sink and shower. Comfy beds. No electricity in the tent, with supplied battery packs for charging your phones, battery operated lanterns. Very good, dark sky location. Enjoyed the night sky. Helpful staff, called us within 30 minutes after checkout about the mobile phone we left in the tent.
Negative: It is advertised as a sustainable eco camp. But the wooden stove is a gimmick. The supplied wood is so dry, it burns very quickly, like paper. If you need to heat up the tent overnight, it is impossible (we were there late september and the nights were getting really cold, due to the high elevation). You have to feed the stove constantly all night. Went thru half a cord of wood, multiply that by 50 tents, that's a lot of wood burning... Since there's a propane tank for heating the water, i don't see why can't you use a propane heater too... Also, since you are in the middle of nowhere, you are captive to their kitchen and pricing. Website was advertising 10 dollar dinners, not even close. Breakfast was expensive too. I understand that the cost of operating the place must be high, but still... For the price, 500 bucks a night, glad we tried it, but i don't think well be back...

Positive: We enjoyed the comfortable tents and slept well. It was very cozy with the fire in the oven. The beds were comfortable and the tent spacious. The shower was good.
Negative: The main area and tent were a little disappointing. The food was not very good and the seating was uncomfortable. The service was poor and the people working there seemed uninterested.
