Positive: The location is very good in Alfama center and there is everything we needed.

Negative: The door of the bedroom didn't work and there is a hole in the wall in front of the bed. Maybe for the light but you can hear the noises from other people. Disturbing

Positive: Great location! Clean apartment with two double beds (one in the living room), kitchen with fridge.

Negative: Hairdryer not working. No A/C, two fans instead. No soap at all. Poor bathroom drains. the kitchen tap about to come off. Apartment missed of care or maintenance. Host was a slows replying. They offer 23€ airport transfer, or 45€ for both way + luggage storage after the checkout - We paid 6€ with Bolt to get to the airport! And €10 for luggage self-storage open 24h! When booked they mentioned they could keep our luggage for few hours after the checkout, and asked several times but they never replied me on that matter. Then I checked in I saw they offer this service but they charge high fee! We left our luggage in a good (and cheap!) self-storage place nearby.

Summary: Budget apartment. Great Location 👍🏻 but host 👎🏻

Positive: Property was good with 2double bed,one kitchen full equipments induction n all they provide as towels.toilet rolls n hand soap rest U need to bring rooms were very clean and tidy Expert when you go upstairs are narrow and they make sound which disturb neighbours and door also slammes while opening disturbs neighbours.

Negative: You really have to climb a lot of stairs to get there, so beware of people with mobility issues. The apartment is really hot and no AC No blinders or good curtains. Don't expect to get any good sleep once the sun comes out.
