Positive: Location was perfect, thank you for allowing me to bring my dogs, and the garage access and backyard access were much needed. St Charles is obviously a joy.

Negative: My sister stepped on a small shard of glass that cut her foot in the bedroom with 2 beds, there were 30+ cigarette butts in the backyard- thankfully my dogs didn't eat them. I don't know who I was speaking to over text but it felt like Amazon AI Help Desk. I did request the pack n play when booking, and having it offered was part of the reason I picked the place so it was very inconvenient it wasn't there- Maintenance did get a pack n play to me just before my baby needed to go to sleep, but I had already had my mother in law buy one from Walmart so part of our vacation involved us buying one and then returning it the next day. One of the outlets was falling out of the socket in the room with 2 beds, which is only OK because my daughter is not crawling yet. It would have been nicer to have handicap access in the backyard for my mother in law.

Positive: We loves how it felt like a home and the space was perfect with great location. Home to stay a weekend in the summer!

Negative: Doors were a pain and oh my the stairs were like a hill but I know nothing can be done about that!

Negative: Parking had a larger vehicle could not fit in garage, not sure about parking in the alley. The roof leaked by the table, the pots and pans where disgusting one had mice poo, the others where really scratched up not usable.
