Positive: Felt very secure once inside. Condo was beautifully decorated. It is directly across from a dueling piano bar, which I loved. I left the window open to hear it. Within walking distance to many eating places.

Negative: Parking. Always an issue in the city. But it is doable. There is a short walk to a parking garage on Broadway, it is $20/day. For short times, there is metered parking and PayToPark in front of the condo.

Negative: The mattresses and pillows were cheap and not comfortable + the neighbors were noisy late at night

Positive: Downtown location, walking distance to shopping, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

Negative: There is no parking for the property. You have to park at a nearby hotel parking garage which was always full leaving us driving around downtown trying to find parking, sometimes of which was very far from the property.

Summary: Great location but parking is a big problem

Positive: Beautiful condo with two fantastic bedrooms. Loved the location in the heart of Asheville.

Negative: The only negative is that is across the street from a VERY loud dueling piano bar. Bring your headphones so you can fall asleep before closing. You also need four different codes to access the room, which felt safe but a little cumbersome.

Summary: Great spot in Asheville - would definitely stay again!

Positive: Great location. Easy access with the codes. Spacious, well-appointed.

Negative: The fan in the master bedroom did not work and the switch to the fan is broken on the wall and is in need of some maintenance. The dueling piano bar is loud across the street.

Summary: Very nice stay. Nice place. Needs noise reducing curtains for the front room facing the street
