Positive: The room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was also fine - there is a public one right in front. And there is a nice terrace with a view to enjoy breakfast. It is facing west, so there is no excessive sun in the morning.

Negative: Our room was right in front of the kitchen area so it was noisy in the morning. Not good if you prefer to sleep a bit more. The shower was also broken and not working very well.

Summary: Good value for the money.

Positive: Very comfy and spacious rooms, nice and welcome owner. Room has AC, but surprisingly is not that hot, even tho outside was over 35 degrees. Breakfast was good, with coffee as well. I really recommend this place, it felt kinda like visiting relatives :)

Negative: We stayed one night and didn’t find anything what we didn’t like.

Summary: Nice place to stay :)

Positive: Small room with comfy bed and all the basic amenities! The public parking was right in front. Breakfast had the basic options. Very nice view and very tranquil. Very close to Santa Margherita and Portofino!

Negative: The steep road wasn’t easy for us to carry our luggage..the fridge was extremely small. The balcony was shared and had to pass in front of the other rooms in order to enter our room - through the balcony door.

Positive: The building was newly built and everything was clean and working.

Negative: The address was a little difficult to find at first and there was no car access to the door, you had to park down a long stairway and go up a very steep walk to reach the room.
