Positive: No heating required; unit is very small and got hot. Though quite cold outside, we needed to have the windows slightly open - even when sleeping. Hot shower with plenty of pressure. Condiments available. Bedding was clean and duvets were great 👏 Decor was lovely. Parking space available. Quiet area.

Negative: Very difficult to store large luggage for 3 people. Little room to move around when sofa bed is opened Shower alcove very small! No plug for basin to shave. No security other than a key in handle to lock. Lack of information/manual about how to operate the stove and what is located nearby, eg, supermarket, laundromat, etc. Towel dryer didn't seem to work.

Summary: Somewhat small for 3 adults.

Positive: Location was great, the property was a good size for the price, it had everything we needed.

Negative: It was a little hot at night (but we were keen to keep out mosquitos by closing windows) and the sofa bed a little uncomfy. Overall very happy.

Positive: The living room/kitchen area had a good size and all the needed basics. The bedroom was quiet, no noise to disturb a good night's sleep. The location was also nice, in a calm suburban neighbourhood not too far from the city. It was about 20 minutes walk from the historical centre. There was also parking spot behind the building, which was great, and the host was responsive.

Negative: When we got there it was really hot summer day, and the apartment was scorching inside and there was no a/c and no fans whatsoever. There was a duvet with cover on the bed, which was way too hot, and even taking the duvet out just the cover was still too hot. We asked for just some bedsheets which the host kindly provided, but the first two nights were still really hot. You could open the windows during the night, but there were no fly nets so mosquitoes would come in, so we had to settle for closed blinds to let in some air, but that wasn't enough to sleep soundly. Basically the place was prepared for the cold, not for the heat, but it does get hot sometimes in summer. The bathroom was pretty small, especially the shower, and didn't have enough ventilation, so it was the hottest place in the apartment. When it cooled down in the last two nights sleeping was easier.

Positive: It was very well decorated and felt cozy. It was exactly what we needed and for an excellent price. The communication with Melanie and Jimmy was great, and we felt welcomed and cared for.

Negative: Didn’t realise the second bed was a sofa bed, that’s probably my fault. The kitchen didn’t have everything we needed, but we made do.

Summary: Cozy, cute and compact. Perfectly priced and perfect for a short stay.
