Summary: Fantastic hotel with very friendly and enthusiastic staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is well situated and all tourist attractions were within easy walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. The piano bar had a reasonable menu and was comfortable with accomplished pianists making the bar vary pleasant. While the weather was relatively cool we visited the rooftop bar a few times and enjoyed the views with a pre dinner drink or two. Our 4 night stay couldn’t have been any better.

Summary: UMusic hotel was a real oasis! It managed to be classy and cozy at he same time. We loved the piano bar, the poolside bar, the rooftop terrace, the lps to borrow, the evening show, all of it! Very handy location, too. And above all: what attentive, friendly, professional staff! Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Summary: Hotel staff and amenities are really well maintained. Rooftop bar is great and we were given complimentary drink tickets. Room layout is a bit strange with TV placement and bathtub, but still a decent room.

Summary: This was a great hotel. The staff was professional and accommodating. We landed from an international flight in the morning and did not expect to have access to a room that early. To our surprise, the staff made it happen. We attended a show in the hotel’s theater and were very impressed. We enjoyed cocktails in the 2nd floor bar, as well as on the rooftop. The bartender on the roof, Anthony, spent time pointing out landmarks that were visible. He was very friendly and accommodating. Our room with a terrace was beautiful. The only drawback was the layout. There was a somewhat long hallway between the wardrobe/refrigerator to the bed area, and another long skinny hallway for the bathroom. This might be a factor for someone with mobility issues. Because the hotel is between two pedestrian streets, it was very quiet at night, which we loved. We’ve been recommending this hotel to everyone we speak to.

Summary: not the standards of a 5 stars hotel. The room is clean but extremely small. the personel is professional and kind but the hotel rules are not customer friendly. We asked for a late check out and were told that we had to ask again the last day in the morning. Had to wake up to call and ask if i can sleep longer (and had to pay for it, which is comprehensible but not what I usually experience at 5 stars hotels) The gym is a joke and has exactly 3 machines. The location is central. I would not recommend especially with the price that absolutely don’t match the services.

Summary: Great location, close to almost anything but on a very quiet street. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Walk to the palace and to Prado. The staff was brilliant, the breakfast excellent and the room was quiet and clean.

Summary: I love, love, love this hotel. Staff are joyful, present and efficient. Rooms are a little on the small side but very well done, GET the breakfast package. Top notch. And yes there is music everywhere.
