Summary: Spacious 2 Bedroom unit. Was on a ground floor which we were initially disappointed with, but the advantage of stepping directly out to the pool compensated for that. Items of note - the oven is disabled on the stove/oven - disappointing to reheat their great pizza in a microwave, but expect it is a safety/fire concern. Beach and pool area was well maintained - definitely glad we chose the ocean side of the resort. Would definitely return!

Summary: We found hair in the beds and shower before we had used it. The welcome community was great. But once we checked in the service wasn't that fast. We had to wait quite awhile till someone unlocked the canoes and water boards. Other than that it was a great little get away. And we would come back again.

Summary: I booked an ocean view room and the room I was initially given was a lagoon view. I had to show them my reservation to prove that I was supposed to be in an ocean view room. They did give me an ocean view room the next day. The refrigerator in the kitchen had water and ice in the door but it didn’t work because it was hooked up. The jet tub wasn’t working so basically just a bathtub. The dock was great for getting in the water but impossible to get out of the water! Plus the dock was not in very good condition. The toilet plugged up (not my fault) and the maintenance guy said he needed to turn on a pump or something but it did work fine afterwards. Bed was not very comfortable. I did like the patio. The Security Guards were very friendly and made regular rounds on the property.

Summary: Nice, large space. Beach view was stunning. Loved the pool, wish there was a hot tub. Washer/Dryer in the unit. Not many food options. Bathroom showers could use a good cleaning. The snake on the porch was a bit scary but they sent someone over right away to take care of it.

Summary: Beautiful lagoon views. Tasty decorating. Bottled water available in room. Could use a detailed cleaning, baseboards etc. staff throughout was wonderful. Pool area needs deep cleaning, a lot of mold and missing tiles in pool area. Would return. Enjoyed our stay.
