Positive: Overall, the hotel met all of my expectations. I was very pleased with the staff — everyone was kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I also really appreciated that they offered laundry services for a small additional fee, which was very convenient. Since I visited in November–December, it was the low season, so the other rooms were mostly empty. This made my stay especially quiet and peaceful, which I truly enjoyed. Breakfast was generally good and satisfying. The welcome drink offered upon arrival was a very thoughtful and nice touch as well.

Negative: I would have expected the pool to be cleaner. Due to concerns about cleanliness, I did not use it much. Additionally, the internet signal in the toilet was generally very weak.

Positive: What I loved most about this accommodation was the warm welcome from the hosts — incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to help. The place is well maintained, very clean, neatly arranged, and built in an authentic Balinese style, which made the atmosphere truly special. We were served breakfast every morning, and the hosts were happy to assist with anything else we needed. They arranged our airport transfer, helped us rent a scooter for getting around, and even organized a volcano hike for us — an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place!
