Summary: Our family enjoyed a relaxing couple of days in this beautiful home. It was spacious enough to accommodate a large extended family of adults from 20 to 80 years old without ever feeling crowded. There are large ares for gathering together, as well as, small private areas to sit quietly by yourself, both inside and out. The cleaning crew does an incredible job of keeping this large space spotlessly clean. We enjoy cooking together and found the kitchen to be well stocked with every tool your could need in addition to a variety of herbs and spices. There are some maintenance issues that need addressing but nothing that could tarnish a great family vacation.

Summary: In disrepair, unkept, property, in total, is not inline with price. Owner is simply exploiting customers until the negative reviews catch up with him. Should be delisted by vrbo.

Summary: Pictures don’t do it justice. What a beautiful house! It had ample room for everyone and the indoor pool was incredible.

Summary: This was a great house for our family. We had a large group of adults and kids and honestly didn't even use much of the house, that's how big it is. The pool is very large and great for swimming. If you're looking for a house big enough to fit your extended family, this is a great choice and Niwot has a lot to offer. If you're looking for a premium luxury rental, this may not be the place for you. There are many small maintenance issues that did not impact our stay, but might bother you if you're looking for a pristine house with no flaws.

Summary: The house itself is amazing. I can’t imagine how lovely it was in its prime. In need of maintenance, landscaping clean up and repair property wide but the bedrooms were all comfortable and our group enjoyed their stay.

Summary: The property has great views and lots of amenities. Unfortunately for our stay most of the amenities did not work. The house was unkempt, there were dead and live bugs in the house. The pool was the a main reason for the booking. Unfortunately, the heat was not turned on and there was visible growth on the bottom of the pool. The outside has a beautiful sitting area but the stones on the stairs are loose and make it dangerous. Additionally, the fire pit and the out side grill also broke. There were ants crawling in and around the sauna area. A-lot of the door handles came off when you try to open doors. A shower in the bathroom on the main floor did not work, the tub worked. On the plus side the property is spacious & in a beautiful area.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The home is very large and provided space and entertainment for all. We would definitely stay again if we were given the opportunity.

Summary: This property is huge. I wanted spend more time there in order to take advantage of everything. The pool area is beautiful and the pool itself is great too. There are a hot tub and sauna which weren't turned on-I think I was supposed to request that. Oops. If you visit during the warmer months there is a nice outdoor area for having meals or hanging out. Oh, and there is even a movie theatre! The beds are comfortable and the showers have unbelievable water pressure. The kitchen is big and has room to cook or stand around the island or sit at the bar. Two issues: First, it says that it sleeps 16, which it does but the extra beds are all in existing bedrooms which, unless you have young children, is useless. Second, Carl is responsive, but each time I reached out (except for the day that we arrived when he was very present and helpful) it took him at least 24 hours to get back to me. When you are planning for a big group and people are wanting answers that can be rough. Even with those two caveats I would go back again and again with a large group.
