We take being ultra dog friendly seriously. To us this means no limit on the number or size of dogs you bring with you. They are all welcome, inside and out. We provide all you need for your dog - outdoor lounges, indoor beds, food and water bowls, a toy box, spare leads, poop bags and dog throws to cover the furniture and bed if your dog/s like to come up for a cuddle.
Dogs will not only love exploring, but they will be secure with farm fencing surrounding the 1/2 acre bush garden. We also provide a secured fenced waterproof area, accessible with a dog door, off the kitchen. It has a mulched area for toileting and a climbing frame and hammock suitable for feline travellers to enjoy a holiday too.
The 60m2 deck overlooking the native wonderland is also fenced for extra dog safety.
Of course, we care deeply about the humans too. Inside, a queen bedroom, with ceiling fan, and luxury bathroom with rain shower.
Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and 1 full size fridge/freezer. We provide a community pantry generously stocked with all the essentials, condiments and provisions you could dream of. Your first breakfast will be provided, plus a welcome platter and 'cheers' of choice. Ground coffee is provided for the coffee machine, plus a variety of teas and hot chocolate. Each guest will have their dietary requirements and preferences individually catered for as part of our hospitality to help make each stay as memorable and meaningful as possible.
Plus all the mod cons: washing machine, dryer, outdoor bbq, ducted aircon and wood combustion fire with one large wood box filled with firewood for your use. Surround sound TV with a large variety of viewing platforms included: Netflix, Stan, Prime, Disney, Apple and FOXTEL.
Outside is our beautiful big deck surrounded by trees. It's a paradise for bird and nature lovers. Pick your deck space....a day bed to lay and read a book, a dining table with overhead heater and surrounded by cafe blinds to make a sunroom. A hydrotherapy spa, secure behind a pool fence.
All linen and towels (both for bathroom and spa) are provided. Sheridan bath robes also provided.
Only 25 minutes from the CBD, this cozy retreat is a must for those wanting some time out amongst nature to recharge and revitalise, and also have their dogs by their side. A truly private getaway and a fabulous base to explore the cafes, pubs and wineries of the Adelaide hills, with great dog walking options in close proximity. We provide unlimited free entry into Belair National Park (only 10 mins drive) to all of our guests as a dog favourite walking spot. Your stay at Dogabout Days won't disappoint.

Summary: We stayed with our two dogs and cat, and we were all made to feel very welcome. The accommodation is stylish and very comfortable, and the hosts provided everything we might need as well as lots of lovely extras, such as wine and cheese, snacks, and breakfast ingredients. The milk and ground coffee for the coffee machine was also greatly appreciated. The bed was the most comfortable we have had at a stay, which was wonderful as many accommodations have hard mattresses. The setting is very relaxing, with lots of trees, birds, and other native wildlife. We loved having bird seed to attract the birds closer to the house. We also appreciated the pass to enter Belair National Park, which was a generous inclusion and we used this twice. Our cat loved the enclosed deck area where she could watch the birds and the cat run out the back, and the dogs loved exploring the large block. It is well fenced, both around the deck and the property as a whole, which gave us peace of mind. The house, deck and parking area are on level ground, which is great for access, but the dogs tended to poop at the bottom of the block which meant having to go down to collect it. It is a very steep block, with stairs for access, but the stairs are quite steep, which could be tricky for guests with mobility issues.

Summary: 1000% better in person than honesty and picture or review from me or orthers can put into word's with some over the details which made ut hone like amd we have 2 golde retrievers under 2 yrs old who both were thinking our new home was amazing for the few days. Summary: Ultra dog- and human-friendly accommodation!I can't recommend this place highly enough. We had the most relaxing time — the dogs absolutely loved it, freedom for all and so many things to smell and see! The beautiful winter sunshine, peaceful atmosphere, and stunning natural surroundings made it feel like we were living in a treehouse. We explored the national park, spotted koalas, fed the birds, and enjoyed watching all the native wildlife.The owners are amazing — they go out of their way to create a warm, personal experience for every guest. Summary: A wounderful and amazing place to stay. Truely dog friendly, our 3 pups loved it and had all their needs completely catered for! Great for the humans as well. So many lovely little touches that made our stay so good. We loved the spa, wood fire, garden and sunroom, the pups enjoyed the garden, cosy beds by the fire, sunroom and comfy lounges. The property is a credit to the host's and we all can't wait to come back for another visit!

Summary: So peaceful and quiet. Incredible natural setting with relaxing morning birdsong. Enjoyed Belair National Park, Mt Lofty Summit, Mt Lofty Botanic Park and many nearby cafes. The house itself is very comfortable and well set up to cook, relax in front of the fire, or take in the view from the deck. Completely dog friendly with a small enclosed dog run, as well as the enclosed deck and a fenced garden.

Summary: Dog About Days is an absolute dream – for dogs and humans! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible atmosphere. It’s like stepping into a treehouse hideaway, surrounded by nature, with the most thoughtful touches everywhere you look.The fresh, high-quality supplies were beautiful and clearly chosen with care. The whole place has such a comfortable, calming, earthy vibe — our boys were in total dog heaven! So many amazing smells, endless space to explore, and even sightings of gorgeous native wildlife. It felt like a peaceful retreat, with a spark of adventure around every corner.We were also lucky with the stunning winter sunshine — perfect weather to enjoy everything Dog About Days has to offer, including the lovely heated spa and open fire!We genuinely didn’t want to leave, and neither did our pups.
