Negative: Apartment wasn't very clean. Ensuite had no working extraction fan so bathroom was always steamy for ages after showers Bed in main bedroom needs new mattress. It was on a major lean. Terribly soft too Need more kitchen stuff. Ie bowls, platters. Couches quite old Apartment smelt of dog/animal

Positive: Location was perfect - to beach, shops, restaurants. View was ok, big building construction right in the front of the view, but otherwise it was good. Very impressive entrance into the lobby.

Negative: Unfortunately the apartment had cockroaches, this needs to be address urgently.

Positive: The apartment was spacious and tasteful decorated. Excellent security and had to have a key to get in and out if the building and grounds. It was close to the beach and shopping centre. All in walking distance. Absolutely loved it.

Negative: I had to go home.

Negative: Very stingy with the amenities - ie we had to purchase our own hand soap for the kitchen and there was only one hand towel/one dishwashing packet of detergent/no extra bin liners.
