Positive: Excellent view, just unfortunate there is a new high building apartment blocking the sunrise, but still excellent view where we can see the rest of the beach. Great location too, relatively close distance to the light train and bus.

Negative: The shower area, will be excellent if it has a door so the water not splashing to the other part of the bathroom. Need more than 1 bathmat to clean the water after shower.

Summary: Not excellent buat good place to stay
